Former lab role: Graduate Student · Co-mentored by Guanming Wu, Knight Cancer Institute
Recently graduated
Jennifer recently graduated from the Bioinformatics and Computational Biomedicine PhD program at Oregon Health & Science University. She is passionate about uncovering the molecular basis of disorders of development, especially her own rare musculoskeletal condition, arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. Co-mentored by Dr. Guanming Wu in the Knight Cancer Institute and Dr. Andrew Adey, she used scRNA-seq atlases to develop a computational approach for inferring the cellular etiology of developmental disorders. When not glued to her laptop screen, she likes to get outside and stroll along the river with her dog, Holly.
